Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Attrifast ("the Service"), operated at attrifast.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and paying customers.

2. Description of Service

Attrifast is a cookie-free revenue attribution analytics platform. It connects to your payment processor (Stripe and/or Shopify) via webhooks and collects anonymous visit data to attribute revenue to the marketing channels that drove it. Attrifast does not use cookies, does not collect personal data from your website visitors, and does not use device fingerprinting.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account using Google OAuth or another supported authentication method. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Attrifast offers paid subscription plans: Starter ($9.99/month) and Pro ($29/month). All paid plans include a 5-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Attrifast to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features continues until the end of your current billing period. Attrifast does not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice. Any price changes will not affect your current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Use the Service to collect personal data in ways that violate privacy laws
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission
  • Transmit malicious code or attempt to compromise the security of the Service

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, branding, and documentation, is owned by Attrifast and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your use of the Service does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the Service or its content.

7. Your Data

You retain ownership of any data you provide to the Service, including website configuration and integration settings. Attrifast collects anonymous visit data from your website and revenue data from your connected payment integrations solely to provide the attribution analytics service.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. For details on what data is collected and how it is used, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

8. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Stripe. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective terms of service of those platforms. Attrifast is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.

By connecting a third-party integration, you authorize Attrifast to receive webhook data from that service (such as order amounts and transaction identifiers) for the purpose of revenue attribution.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime in advance.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Attrifast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Attrifast in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your account data within 30 days of termination, unless we are required by law to retain it.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Attrifast operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
